The Upgraded Suit is Miles Morales's primary suit in Marvel's Spider-Man 2. He created this suit in between the events of Miles Morales and the Marvel's Spider-Man 2 comic. This suit is heavily based on his original Classic Suit.
As the predecessor this suit was designed exclusively for Marvel's Spider-Man 2, the Upgraded Suit is an original suit created by Insomniac Games. It is Miles' default Spider-Man suit that he crafts and wears for a majority of the game's story until he replaces it with the Evolved Suit in the climax of the game.

- Color 1: The default color scheme.
- Color 2: Resembles The Spider-UK Suit or Peter's Advanced Suit 2.0. The mask and chest area are red, the spider logos and the stripes on his arms are white, and the legs are blue.
- Color 3: The mask and chest area are blue, and the legs are black. Almost resembles Peter's Fear Itself Suit.
- Color 4: Resembles the Armored Advanced Suit. The suit is white with red webbing.
