The Scarlet Spider II Suit (originally named Scarlet Spider IV Suit by comic chronology) is a suit players can unlock in "The Heist" chapter of Marvel's Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps, the downloadable expansion pack to Marvel's Spider-Man. Based on Kaine Parker's version of the Scarlet Spider suit, it can be obtained by completing all missions up to and including Follow the Money, as well as all the side missions and citywide activities on the map.

The Scarlet Spider II Suit does not come with a suit power by the default. However, it could have possibly be able to use Stealth ("Big Time") Suit’s suit powers like Blur Projector, due to this was original evolved from the latter suit by the current Madame Webb/Julia Carpenter, after Spider-Island.
