Marvel's Spider-Man

Gloria is first seen surrounded by a group of thugs at the Chinatown, until Spider-Man saved her life. She initially decline Spider-Man’s recommendation to join F.E.A.S.T. where the shelter also made wheat cakes. Accepting Spider-Man’s advice, Gloria attends the birthday of May Parker.

At time after Martin Li left F.E.A.S.T. to begin his long-waited revenge on Norman Osborn, Gloria applies to work at a coffee bean shop, and eventually being accepted there thanks to May's advice.

Three months after Devil's Breath outbreak caused by Sinister Six, Gloria mourned May’s death after Peter’s aunt was infected by the bio weapon. Despite this, Gloria remains inspired by May’s influences, and always happy to see Peter around as the rest of homeless refugees.

Three months after May's death, where F.E.A.S.T. begin to expand across Manhattan, Gloria is being offered to be the manager of its recently opened Northern branch at East Harlem, not far from Miles’ new apartment, which was once owned by his grandmother. She also met Steff, who become her girlfriend.

A year later Roxxon came to Harlem and build the plaza at East Harlem for an unknown suspicious reason relating to Nuform, Gloria is one the people who strongly voted Miles’ mother Rio as a city councilwoman to oppose Roxxon.

Gloria and Steff attends Rio’s festival campaign rally at night, until a new high-tech gang Underground interrupts the rally and attack the Roxxon’s private army, as part of their distraction to steal Nuforms from the company.

At a stormy daylight in the day after new Spider-Man created a new suit by himself, Gloria had all of its people evacuate the F.E.A.S.T. North building when the water supply ran out all the sudden. When the mechanic claimed that the water supply is fine, but the supply suddenly ran out again when they left. This leads Miles went to F.E.A.S.T. North to get information from Gloria and find out the suspicion of the water drainage. As the new Spider-Man found out the thugs had been rigging the water supplies and stops them from planning to get their boss out of his prison, F.E.A.S.T. North is back in operation after retaining their water supply. Gloria got an interview with J. Jonah Jameson regarding the news of F.E.A.S.T. North being rigged by an unknown thug group, not by the new Spider-Man. It is revealed in We've Got A Lead! mission that Wilson Fisk was behind the conspiracy on not just F.E.A.S.T. North, so was F.E.A.S.T. Center Chinatown and the rest.

When the Underground and Roxxon about to turn Harlem into a battlefield soon, with the former group will unknowingly destroy the town instead of Roxxon Plaza with a Nuform canister placed in the plaza’s reactor, Gloria and the rest of Harlem citizens receive an evacuation warning from Rio and Ganke Lee. As the battlefield occur at a very stormy night, Gloria and her neighbors are still stuck at the battlefield, until Prowler arrive to buy times for the new Spider-Man to stop Tinkerer with no interferences. Gloria and her friends, now far away from a recently Nuform activated Roxxon Plaza begin to run away from Harlem as possible, until the new Spider-Man absorbs amount of the Nuform energy, and Tinkerer sacrifice herself to let new Spider-Man unleash the absorbed bio energy while they are in the air. With Tinkerer’s death, Gloria and friends begin to rush towards new Spider-Man and learn that he is Miles. Just as the news report arrived, Gloria and friends buys a time to keep the secret identity of Harlem’s Spider-Man from being exposed to the public.

Four weeks after the arrest of Roxxon’s Simon Krieger for his crime thanks to a testimony by Prowler, Gloria is last seen promoting an advertisement for F.E.A.S.T. North and greets Miles.
