Gloria Davila is a recurring character in the Marvel's Spider-Man series. She was a homeless woman who joined F.E.A.S.T. after being saved by Spider-Man, before becoming the manager of its F.E.A.S.T. North shelter in Harlem. Gloria is a good friend of both Peter Parker and Miles Morales.

History

Marvel's Spider-Man

In "Keeping the Peace" in Marvel's Spider-Man series, Gloria was surrounded by a group of Wilson Fisk's thugs in Chinatown, who attacked her for snitching. Spider-Man saved her and recommended she joined F.E.A.S.T., which she declined originally as she was opposed to charity, but was persuaded when he mentioned they offer wheatcakes. Later, Gloria attended the birthday of May Parker in "For She's a Jolly Good Fellow".

At time after Martin Li left F.E.A.S.T. to begin his long-waited revenge on Norman Osborn, Gloria applied to work at a coffee bean shop, and was accepted there thanks to May's advice. Three months following the Devil's Breath outbreak, Gloria mourned May's death. Despite this, Gloria remained inspired by May's influences, choosing to live May's legacy. At the same time, when F.E.A.S.T. begin to expand across Manhattan, Gloria was offered to be the manager of its recently opened Northern branch at East Harlem, not far from Miles’ new apartment, which was once owned by his grandmother.

Miles Morales

At some point before Miles Morales, Gloria became manager at F.E.A.S.T. North in East Harlem, and met her girlfriend Steff.

Gloria and Steff attended Rio Morales' campaign event "Time to Rally". In "Harlem F.E.A.S.T. Shut Down", Miles Morales' Spider-Man helped Gloria and Steff after Fisk had the plumbing fail to drive down its property value. She later spoke about this on J. Jonah Jameson's podcast.

During "The Battle For Harlem", Gloria helped Rio evacuate by evacuating F.E.A.S.T. during the Underground and Roxxon battle, helped by the Prowler who bought them time. After Spider-Man absorbed the Nuform reactor and saved the city, Gloria was among the Harlme citizens who kept Miles' identity from being exposed by the press. Gloria was later seen promoting F.E.A.S.T. North and greeting Miles following Simon Krieger's arrest.
