Fisk Tower, is a series of main base-of-operation buildings and home to the criminal mastermind known as Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin, at Manhattan, New York City.
Originally, the first main base located in Hell's Kitchen, before Fisk's arrest in Marvel's Spider-Man. Afterwards, the now abandoned first base was used as the main base of operations for the Underground in Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. In Marvel's Spider-Man 2, as the first base is safely bought by Fantastic Four, who renamed it as the Baxter Building, a second Fisk Tower, a twin tower, which was one of the constructed buildings during the first game and Miles Morales, has been built.

Marvel's Spider-Man[]
In 2018, a confrontation between Kingpin's men and the NYPD happens both in front and inside the tower, with Spider-Man later joining in, helping the police reach the higher levels of the tower to try to apprehend Wilson Fisk.
During the battle, the tower gets heavy damaged, with entire floors collapsing on top of each other. Despite the destruction, the tower remains intact by the end of the game.
A second building which will become of a twin Fisk Tower at Midtown, while still under construction, is under attack by the rise of the Inner Demons, until Spider-Man rescues Fisk's men, while unable to stop the Demons from taking what they need against their only enemies, Oscorp, led by Norman Osborn.
Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales[]
After Fisk's arrest, the feds seized all of his properties including Fisk Tower, which was then left unused so the criminal organization known as the Underground moved in and established it as their main base of operations. They reformed the tower and used the money that was inside the underground vaults Fisk left over when he was arrested to build better weapons and gears for themselves. They also used the secret training rooms Fisk hid inside.
The second building at Midtown, while its construction is still progressing, remains safe and is being used as the second Spider-Man's combat training ground, while temporarily under ownership of a different company.
Marvel's Spider-Man 2[]
After the Underground is disbanded, followed b Roxxon's corruption had been exposed since Phin Mason's sacrifice and leading to the Fantastic Four acquiring the rights of Fisk Tower's first building and renaming it as the Baxter Building, Fisk somehow regained the right of the second tower and finalized its construction.
