A Matter of Debate is a side mission in Marvel's Spider-Man. Completion of "Over His Head" is required to unlock this mission. To start the mission, talk to Phillip Chang in Greenwich.
Phillip Chang needs Spider-Man's help once more. This time the entire Debate Club is missing. Phillip's internet search revealed a photograph that includes the club's president Henry near the Brooklyn Bridge.
At the scene, Spider-Man finds several corrupted students whacking at a truck's leaking gas load with crowbars and baseball bats. Every time they hit the truck, it's causing sparks, and Spider-Man is concerned that an explosion would take out a city block. Defeat the students and talk to Henry to complete the mission.
