The Classic Suit (Repaired) is a suit players can use in Marvel's Spider-Man, the PlayStation 4 video game. Players start the game using this "Classic Suit", but it becomes damaged. After completing the Something Old, Something New mission, players can use this version of the suit again if they choose, but it will cost 2 Backpack Tokens and 2 Crime Tokens. The suit comes with the Web Blossom special power.

The Classic Suit is based on the iconic original costume that Spider-Man has worn for most of his career in the comics.

Power

The Web Blossom suit power allows Spider-Man to launch Impact Web-like attacks all around him in a spinning attack, webbing up any enemies nearby and launching them away – which can pin them to walls or other objects.

Capabilities

Technology: Due to his expertise in applied science, Peter was able to masterfully integrate numerous efficient technological features into his suit, such as mechanically adjustable lenses, an HUD embedded in the eye lenses, a built-in communications system to interact and convey information with correspondents and an integral GPS system to aid Peter while he roams and traverses across New York City.

  • Communication system: Peter's suit contains an integrated communications system, which enables him to interact and communicate with others in the same manner as a cellular device.
  • Eye lenses: Spider-Man's eye lenses are mechanically mobile as they mimic the properties of camera shutters to visibly emote. They are also capable of squinting and expanding so as to zoom into objects of interest, providing Peter an amplified field of vision by excluding unnecessary outside stimuli. Capable of viewing through different spectrum, in addition.
    • Heads-up display (HUD): The suit is functional with its own blue heads-up display that executes various procedures before operating, such as calibrating his audio to commence the communication system and synchronising Oscorp's map data. It does this every time upon manual activation.
    • Global Positioning System (GPS): The suit is fitted with its own GPS, that enables Spider-Man to navigate through the urban metropolis of New York efficiently and arrive at rendezvous points in time. This derives from the Oscorp's synchronised map data.
